Management Trainee

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Complete all tasks that have been delegated to you and help with daily operations
  • Attend conferences, workshops, and other educational events
  • Watch and learn from seasoned employees
  • Learn the company’s procedures, rules, and guidelines
  • Make thorough notes and contact other senior staff members
  • Achieve all standards and objectives outlined at the beginning of the traineeship
  • Observe all business policies and health and safety guidelines
  • Study conflict resolution techniques and observe disciplinary hearings
  • Visit various offices and take part in daily activities as needed

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven work experience as an account manager or in a position that is relevant
  • Demonstrates aptitude for influencing key stakeholders through communication and presentation
  • Familiarity with MS Office, particularly MS Excel, and CRM software
  • Delivering client-focused solutions to meet customer needs
  • Proven capacity to manage many accounts simultaneously while paying close attention to detail
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong communication abilities both in writing and speaking
