RESPONSIBILITIES:
Plan and oversee personnel hiring and selection
Plan and carry out a new hire orientation program
Determine and oversee employee training and development needs
Create and implement policies and procedures for managing human resources.
Overseeing HR policies and processes
Administer perks and compensation
Take care of employee issues, complaints, and disputes
Conduct employee disciplinary procedures
Interview departing employees
Examine and revise the employee regulations.
Upkeep of the employee database and the human resources information system
Organize the wellbeing, welfare, and safety of employees
REQUIREMENTS:
Degree or equivalent in business administration, human resources management, or a related field
Expertise with general human resources
Knowledge of business principles
Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
Knowledge of the principles and procedures of HR management
