Management Trainee
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Complete all tasks that have been delegated to you and help with daily operations
Attend conferences, workshops, and other educational events
Watch and learn from seasoned employees
Learn the company’s procedures, rules, and guidelines
Make thorough notes and contact other senior staff members
Achieve all standards and objectives outlined at the beginning of the traineeship
Observe all business policies and health and safety guidelines
Study conflict resolution techniques and observe disciplinary hearings
Visit various offices and take part in daily activities as needed
REQUIREMENTS:
Proven work experience as an account manager or in a position that is relevant
Demonstrates aptitude for influencing key stakeholders through communication and presentation
Familiarity with MS Office, particularly MS Excel, and CRM software
Delivering client-focused solutions to meet customer needs
Proven capacity to manage many accounts simultaneously while paying close attention to detail
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strong communication abilities both in writing and speaking
