Sales Representative

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • By prospecting, making cold calls, networking, and asking for recommendations, you can find and explore new sales prospects.
  • Develop and maintain qualified leads and actively manage sales from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Conduct product presentations potential customers, highlighting our products or services’ features, benefits, and value propositions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments.
  • Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and objectives consistently.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and activity logs to track progress and provide insights for management review.
  • Attend conferences, and industry events to promote our products or services and expand your network.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar sales role, preferably in the [industry/sector].
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively present information to clients.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Self-motivated and driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Customer-focused mindset and the ability to understand and address customer needs.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools for lead management and sales tracking.
